The Local Planning & Coordinating Council (LPCC) advises and assists in the implementation of the First Steps program in our region.  Council members are parents, providers and representatives from other community agencies who make a commitment to provide insight to the program.  They meet on a quarterly basis Cluster wide, as well as by Subcommittee-which is by county or area, to review, discuss and plan First Steps activities. 

Parent participation in LPCC activities is very important to the success of First Steps.  Parents are invited and encouraged to participate.
