The Local Planning & Coordinating Council (LPCC) advises and assists in the implementation of the First Steps program in our region. Council members are parents, providers and representatives from other community agencies who make a commitment to provide insight to the program. They meet on a quarterly basis Cluster wide, as well as by Subcommittee-which is by county or area, to review, discuss and plan First Steps activities. Cluster I LPCC Meeting Calendar Meetings are held at 11:30am Eastern / 10:30am Central at the Community Center in Ferdinand (1710 Community Drive.) Past Meeting Minutes Clark/Floyd will meet at 9:30 am on June 1, September 7, and December 7, at Fairmont Neighborhood Center (formerly Rauch Center) in New Albany in conjunction with the Provider Recruitment-East Subcommittee Crawford/Harrison/Washington will meet at 10:00 -11:30 am on October 6 at the Harrison Center (405 N. Capitol Ave) in Corydon Dubois/Pike will meet at 12:00 pm on April 16, July 16 and October 15, at the Health Dept in Jasper Gibson/Posey/Vanderburgh/Warrick will meet at 12:00 pm on June 22, September 28, and December 14, at the First Steps office in Evansville in conjunction with the Provider Recruitment-West and the Transition-West Subcommittees.
