he Local Planning & Coordinating Council (LPCC) advises and assists in the implementation of the First Steps program in our region.  Council members are parents, providers and representatives from other community agencies who make a commitment to provide insight to the program.  They meet on a quarterly basis to review, discuss and plan First Steps activities for the counties we serve.
